Once your order has been processed and shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a direct tracking link.
Simply click the link to see your package’s real-time location and estimated delivery date.

If you haven’t received your tracking email yet, please:

  1. Check your spam or promotions folder.

  2. Wait 24 hours after your order confirmation — tracking information becomes available once the carrier updates the shipment.

  • Tracking numbers may take up to 24 hours to activate after your order ships.

  • Delivery typically takes 2–5 business days after processing.

  • You can track your shipment directly on the carrier’s website using the tracking number provided in your email.

If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received your package:
